Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new ROC boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure your returns are sent back in their original shoe box and protective packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back into their original ROC shoe box and wrap them in a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at a participating drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
